Final Regulations on Recording

The Department of Natural Resources, Support Services Division, under authority vested by AS 44.37.025, AS 44.37.027, and AS 45.29.525, adopted regulation changes in Title 11 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with the Recorder's Office and the Uniform Commercial Code Central File Office.The efffective date of these changes is August 23, 2001.
